Extra Kanbons below Drive-Thru area to make stalking fast and easy during rush hours.

A good way to remind Team Members about how to park cars and why we do it.

Helpful for new hires as well as quickly being able to know where product is located.

Encourages our guests to use the Moble App as well as makes our FOH lines shorter.

Idea board

This Ipad is used as a way to track how many extra sauces have been given out to guests. This is a great way to keep track of the extra sauces that are not accounted for. They would be put in the system at the end of the night. 

One of the community boards is dedicated to a Team Member for each month. This is a great way to celebrate our team. 

Flipbooks at each table with the team member of the month as well as information about the operator. Other things that are related to the store are added on here as well. 

Written Ideas

Task List

In the back of the Restaurant, we will have a white board that has all the Team Members working through the day. Next to each persons name will be a certain task that they need to complete before their shift is complete. These could be things like stalking a certain area, or a cleaning project, or making sure that a certain area of the Restaurant is maintained during the duration of their shift.


Director Office Hours

Each director in the restaurant will be given office hours. This is time for them to get administrative work done and be available to talk to team members if they need anything. This is a different way to connect our leadership team to our team members. These office hours will be posted so team members know who is available. This is the time for directors to be paid to have conversations with our team members and to get admin completed if no one is there to talk to.


Weeky/Monthly Focus for the Restaurant

Each week or month the focus for that time will be announced by the directors. Our team will focus on certain aspects that relate to this focus.
