FRONT OF HOUSE Team Member Accountability

These meetings/check-ins/reviews will be done to ensure team member accountability. It is important to hold everyone to the same standards that we have at our restaurant. These accountability meetings are used to invest time into our team members to help them grow. As well as help us grow as a team, 

25 Day Check-in

Will be done by trainers with all of the new hires. This will be to go over learned content and hospitality. As well as trainers will answer any questions that team members may have. Will be time for encouragement as well as tips for improvement. More focused on acknowledging positives and asking how we as a team can support them. Should take no more than 10 min. 

50 Day Meeting

Done by Shift Leaders and will go over all learned content. Create personal goals for 100th day and go over more hospitality. Will be time for more encouragement as well as focusing on ways to improve. I have found that team members are more successful when goal setting is involved. This goal should be detailed and be a SMART goal. These goals are made to prepare them for their 100-day review.  Should take no more than 15 min. 

100 Day Review

Will be done by directors only. All content and knowledge that has been gained will be discussed as well as answer any questions team members may have. In depth conversation about hospitality as well as each team members why.  Should take around 20-30 min. 

Quarterly Accountability Checks

We will be doing accountability checks during the last week of the qurter. These will be to ensure everyone is held accountable. team members will be assigned a leader to keep them accountable during their time with us. Leaders will fill out accountability forms for each of their team members. These forms will have an area to give things to improve on and things that have been done well. An advice section will be there at the bottom for team members to see how they can grow in certain areas. If team members have comments on certain things, they will be able to reach out to their leaders. If there are no questions, the only thing that will occur is leaders handing out their forms.

Yearly Reviews

This will be done by the Drive-Thru Director and the Front of House Director. They will be equally split up and given a month to do all of them. These reviews will also determine pay raises that will take place for that year. These reviews will be done in May and November. This is to accommodate for Seasonal Staff as well as people leaving for vacation. Mangers for certain departments will be interviewed by either the Director of Communications or the Operator. Director reviews will be done by the Operator.
