At the beginning of each month, the Training Manager will hold a Meeting with all of the Trainers. They are to go over what is new in our Restaurant Training, as well as new procedures.
At the end of each month, there will be a 30-minute meeting in the Morning and Afternoon. Morning shift leaders will meet in the morning and Night shift leaders will meet in the Afternoon.
Larger Manager Meetings will also take place if there is a new rollout/procedure. Typically this will be led by the Operator or Director of Communications.
Every Monday morning an executive meeting will take place at the Restaurant. This will be done with the Operator, Director of Communications, FOH Director, Kitchen Director, and Drive Thru Director. Going over new procedures and rollouts. CEM Scores and other data will also be reviewed and discussed. As well as anything related to the Restaurant will be discussed.
